Legal wording pending review: this page is written in plain English and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Nothing is for sale yet, and it will be checked and updated before any product is sold.

1. About us

StandardsPack is an independent Australian business run as a sole trader in Victoria, Australia. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). You can contact us at hello@standardspack.com.au.

2. Our products and this website

We offer a free checklist now, and plan to sell downloadable document templates and checklists (PDF and Word), plus an optional update subscription. Nothing is for sale yet. Our products are general guidance, not legal advice, and do not guarantee audit or registration outcomes. Current products are labelled "Version 1.0, not expert-reviewed". You are responsible for adapting them to your business and for checking current requirements with the NDIS Commission and NDIA.

3. Licence and use

You may download and print the free checklist and use it in your own business. Please don't resell it, redistribute it, or present it as your own work. The licence for paid products will be set out before they go on sale.

4. Update subscription

The update subscription is not available yet. Its price, billing frequency, what it covers and how to cancel will be published before it is offered, and you won't be signed up to anything automatically.

5. Refund policy

This policy applies once paid products are available.

Change of mind. Because our products are digital downloads you can use straight away, we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind, buy the wrong product, or no longer need it.

Faults and problems. If a file is faulty, can't be opened or used, or isn't as we described it, tell us at hello@standardspack.com.au. Include the email you used to buy and what's wrong. We'll fix the problem, replace the file, or refund you, depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure isn't a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

6. Liability

Our resources are general information only. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss that results from relying on them without checking current official requirements. This doesn't limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Privacy and contact

See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information. Questions about these terms: hello@standardspack.com.au.
